Magnetic Me is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without parental consent, please contact us for deletion. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Company through the Services please contact us at hello@gamify.cz and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. This in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
The gameplay of users who identify themselves as being under the age of 13 or who are identified by Meta as being under 13, will automatically be restricted to avoid the non compliant processing of personal information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child and you would like your child to be permitted to play the Game, Meta will allow you to create an age-restricted account for your child called a Parent-Managed account.
